Supported Independent Living (SIL) is NDIS funded support that helps people with disabilities live more independently. It provides tailored assistance in your living environments with daily tasks like personal care, cooking, cleaning, and budgeting. SIL aims to build independence while offering the support needed to thrive.
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) At Sari Healthcare we offer Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) for people living with disabilities. Individuals with significant health barriers, functional impairments who require high support could be eligible for SDA funding through the NDIS to assist participants in accessing housing solutions which are specifically designed to support their daily living support requirements.
Short and Medium Term Accommodation
We offer Short term & Medium-term Accommodation with several locations around metropolitan area of Adelaide. STA & MTA Is available for participants over the aged of 18 with low level support requirements. Whether you’re seeking a short getaway or Transitioning to a forever home our welcoming home away from home environments offer flexible, tailored & person-centred support. In home support
Whether you require assistance a few hours a day or a continuous regular support on a Daily basis. WE at Sari Healthcare are here to help. Our in-home support services are designed for individuals living in their own homes or with family, by offering flexible support that fits your lifestyle. Our Team of Compassionate & experienced Community Support workers are skilled in managing Complex Health needs like Medication Management, Personal care & providing support under Social & Community Participation. We take the time to get to know you, understand your goals, Preferences, and we work with you to build support strategies that feels natural and empowering in your daily lives.
Day Program
Involvement in different social activities at our centres, local clubs, and community groups.
- Community engagement and inclusion, such as joining social groups and participating in social activities.
- Social support in community.
- Social skill development including daily planning and budgeting.
- Transportation to and from events.
Our Community and Lifestyle program are completely flexible - from a couple of hours to five full days a week, you can choose the activities and schedule to help you reach your goal.
